Should I pick up Simms in my league?

right now I have trent Green and Steve McNair. Neither have been fantasy studs this year. This is the only position Im not strong in. My question is should I pick up simms or will he come back down to earth in the comming weeks? I would like to get a few peoples thoughts on what I should do I cant decide.

You might as well pick im up. Last week he put up 29 points in my league. I would take him over McNair since he doesn't seem like he will have any good stats fantasy wise this season.
