That would suck..

We need to go offensive line or defense.

I hate when i see west coast players picked, because i've never really gotten to watch them play. And what you do see of them, are high light clips, and you can make 90% of college players look good in high light films

Thanks for the name...I only saw it briefly. Anyway I wanted to make the point that no one here really sees that as an area of need and neither do I.

when you're a playoff team, there aren't many holes that need to be filled. alot of times, you just go BPA. A WR wouldn't hurt, since this was galloway's first healthy season in about 8 decades it seems like.

I want T.O. on this team, thats the WR I want. Eric Winston, OT from Maimi, looks like the pick I want. We need a solid o-lineman so Simms can throw the ball without it getting batted.

Dig the name (haha.... Ronde's Barber, hilarious) but not the idea. It seems like I've went through a million of these I Want TO posts, he's a cancer and will never change. I also like Eric Winston since by this time, Justice would have been long gone in the top 10-15.

Second best WR in the Pac-10...Not as much an athlete as he is a great football player...Tall, great hands..Could be a Plaxico Buress type, if developed by the right team..

WR isn't a need..Except, Clayton sucked this year and Galloway is 35 or so..I would rather sign TO and draft Winston Justice..

he looks like he's 6'8...Maybe it's the way he moves, I don't know..he looked taller than that when I saw him in Tempe against USC...oh well.

The Bucs will NOT be taking a WR in the
first round. No frigging way!

Eric Winston, OT from Miami is a much
better option for the BUCS.
Kiper Jr. is not that great, he just has
espn hyping him. Many great sites for free
out there to check on players and mocks.

Go Bucs.........Got Gruden!

HAHA. Great name, you can get some one to make a you REALLY funny sig pic. Agree with that idea too, in a happy fantastyworld.

The only WR i wouldn't mind taking would be Holmes from Ohio State.... O, forgive me. The Ohio State.

I see the biggest areas of need as OL, DL and then WR. If there's no value left for linemen at the pick, then I'd be fine with WR, but I think the Bucs should target a speed WR to prepare for life without Galloway - someone to stretch the field opposite Clayton. Since the biggest cap hit seems to likely hit the defense, targetting a replacement would be a good pick as well.

Like everyone else I think we need o-linemen. Max Jean Giles from Georgia would be a great selection. He is by far the best guard and although not an OT he should be solid for a long time

I'm a little worried about Eric Winston myself. He had a really down year this season and I don't know whether he just got overrated or he was still recovering from his knee surgery. I'm not too sure. I see him around campus sometimes and he's big, but I wouldn't say massive. I'm scared of taking OTs in the 1st round after what happened with Walker.

Walker's main problem was laziness and lack of discipline. I admit, he's gotten better and matured some, but I think he's a bust.

The Bucs are in one of those positions where there are no dire needs, but there are some depth issues.

Our OL is decent, but could use an upgrade.

Our WRs are serviceable, but thin (and upgradeable). Galloway is old and could get injured easily. Clayton will be better next year. Who knows what's going on with Hilliard; he's good, but not a huge playmaker.

LBs are good, but Brooks and Quarles are aging

DBs are getting older.

right... I can't see Gruden spending a pick in First Round on an OT. We need a difference maker at that spot DL, WR, LB etc

unless they are GOD at o-line protection we can wait until 2nd or 3rd rounds for them

We have a young nucleus to begin with on the OL

An OT at #23 will mostly likely struggle just as much as Davis did this year if they start right away. We need difference makers first.

I agree, he would be a good addition to the o-line. That is where we need to build a future. Pass protection and blocking for the run are the most important parts of a offence. Your QB can't throw without good protection and caddy can't runn with no blocking. If Alsott retires who will take his place.

and 95% of offensive line don't start their first year of playing. I agree on the O-Line comments though. Gruden won't spend a pick here though on o-line. He might gamble though in second round.
