Could someone fill me in on this guy? A lot of people are talking about drafting him in Day 2.
EDIT:I know he is a converted safety

Big, physical wide receiver out of UCF in Orlando, Fl. He dominated Conference USA catching 74 balls for 1195 yards and 11 TDs. All that in a run first offense that ran the ball 60% of the time. He is 6'4" 230 pounds and ran 4.45 at the combine. He played safety during his junior year due to injuries and led the team with 51 tackles, however, he is a WR prospect. He also caught 5 balls for 105 yards and a TD in the Hula Bowl. He was given the nickname "Baby T.O." because he has size and speed. I think he could be the steal of the draft in the third round. If he had played at a bigger school he would easily have been a round one pick.

The converted safety thing is a bit overblown as he played WR as a freshman, sophomore, and senior. He only played seven games at safety his junior season because UCF had a severe injury problem with their DB's that year. He is a natural WR.

6'4" & 5/8ths... 230lbs... 4.45 40-yard dash...

He isnt a converted safety. He only moved to safety his junior year because 5 safetys and 3 CBs got hurt. Both of UCFs leading WRs (Marshall and Walker) were thown on defense that year just to help out. Basically, a "Troy Brown" type situation...

He is a massive guy. Quick in the hips... and a short strider (which makes him quicker than most guys his size).

He catches the ball with his hands and doesnt let it get into his body much. Also, he has no problem making a catch in traffic or going accross the middle. He is very aggressive when going after the ball.

That is my short and sweet version... If you want, I will give a more detailed one for you tomorrow... I got to pass out...

I like this guy and would gladly take him with a fourth rounder. I'm not sure if I like him as a third though. If we acquired more day one picks I would take a chance on him there, but I like the OT's, DB's, LB's, and DE's better on Day 1.

IMO Marshall is too good to pass up in round 3 if he makes it to us. TO was a third round selection from a garbage school and despite his troubles he's a top receiver. Marshall has the skills that TO has, though still raw he has the potential to be a star. He could come in as our fourth right away and eventually play opposite Michael Clayton. That'd be a scary WR set with the 6'4" 230 Marshall and Clayton at 6'3" 215.

I agree. If Marshall is still on the board in the 3rd I pray the Bucs take him. I also like Mike Haas he is being forgotten by most in this draft and would be a great value later on in the draft.
