QB -- Chris Simms is very inexperienced. Vick will never put up great fantasy statistics through the air. His ground threat will cope a little for that though.
RB -- League MVP who even if he doesn't have as successful of a season as the last one, will still put up great numbers. Tatum Bell could wind up a steal and I believe he will be reminding many of a faster Clinton Portis in the Mile High.
Word of advice. Drop or trade Kevan Barlow. IMMEDIATELY. He won't even be relied upon, much less start.
WR -- Chad Johnson and Marvin Harrison are always going to be great fantasy guys and will put up huge numbers almost every week. Michael Clayton has had a great off-season and should be on the rebound.
Rod Smith is 36 and still produced very productively last season, but at that age you have to always question whether or not he can still do as well. Especially with Javon Walker and the young guys (Watts, Marshall, etc. . .) getting playing time as well.
TE -- Alge Crumpler is an elite TE. Alex Smith could be a steal, but I wouldn't really call him a fantasy TE guy who will put up huge numbers yet.
K -- Joe Nedney had a very good season last year.
D -- The Seahawks and Chargers both have young defenses that should put up a few TDs with the playmakers the have.
Overall, I will give your team a C.

QB Grade:C
Simms is still unproven and may not put up huge fantasy numbers since he plays mostly mistake free football.Vick isnt good for Fantasy football so try to trade him.
RB Grade:B-
Aslong as Alexander breaks the Madden curse he should do great.Bell has the Denver offensive line infront of him, nuff said.I woould give an A but you have Barlow.Try to upgrade him.
WR Grade:A
Rod Smith should still be productive, But Clayton after last season makes me a bit uneasy giving the A.
TE Grade:B
Crumpler is a good Tight end who should put up decent numbers,
Smith is a late round steal should put up decent numbers also.
K Grade:B
Nedney had a good season last year good pick.
Defense Grade:C
Young Defenses, should put up decent numbers though.
Overall:B-
Your RB,WR,and TE positions are pretty solid, try to upgrade at QB and maybe Defense.Your team is decent though.
