How much does Chris Browns stock immprove since he wants out of the Titans. Wouldnt he be a starter for other teams that need a Rb?

There are only a few teams he could start or see a good portion of playing time on. . .

San Francisco (starter)
Green Bay (split time with Ahman. Possibly beat him if he continues to decline)
Atlanta (if they get rid of T.J. Duckett)
Denver (split time with Tatum Bell and could possibly start)
Pittsburgh (split a good portion of the time with Will Parker)
New York (Jets) (if Martin shows he is ready to call it quits)

IMO, his fantasy value just declined even more. Do not select him until he is on a different team and you feel good about that situation.

Chris Brown isn't going anywhere.

He's asked for a trade just to try to re-work his contract as he'll be a free agent next year.

When LenDale White busts, he'll be back.

I want Jarrett Payton to start. I feel that he is a 2,106 yard back.

Brown is made of glass. He will be lucky to play in all of the first five games

I think Phily may need to take a look at him! They could use a RB there.

i dont think they would spend that much money to put him behind westbrook, unless they line Westbrook at Wr, because Brown is a pretty good ( but injury prone) rb.

They mat need to with their plans to run the ball more. Westbrook is not a between the tackles guy at all and you can not continually run the ball outside in the NFL. Buckhalter is once again hurt amazingly enough, so i think it may be a good idea for them. It would probably increase the chance of him staying healthy with him splitting time in the backfield with Westbrook.
