Sadly, there will be no multiplayer with initial release. However, the good news is that this will come packaged with HL2: Episode 2 and Team Fortress 2. This redefines the phrase "bang for buck." I would also recommend going to www.gametrailers.com and watching the trailer there in HD. To me, there is no question that this sets the bar for all game companies.
