I have Chargers as my backup D, and Pennington and Plummer as my QBs. Delhomme was bad last week, but he was without Steve Smith(whos on my team).

This guy in my league seems desperate for a D, and he has McNair for his backup. Delhomme scored 3 points last week, while the Bears D scored 25.

I just offered this trade.

Is it a good trade, and do you think he will accept?

He'll accept and I think it could be either awful or great for you. The AFC West is devoid of the power offenses it had even two years ago when all 4 teams were great scoring the ball. However, the Bears should dominate most all of it's schedule.

Hold onto that Bears D, they are true monsters. Also, it's a great thing that you had SD as your backup D. They are the better trade bait right now.

Don't forget that the Chargers have to play a much tougher schedule than the Bears do. The Bears could easily have the #1 D again this year.

I withdrew it, and offered the Chargers D instead...

If he declines it I will offer up the Bears D, preferably after the Chargers week 3 bye week, but I run the risk of Delhomme lighting it up...

Hopefully he has a rough outing week 3 against tampa!

Are you capable of making a single move inthis league wothout approval of the board? I mean, is it your team or the board's? Maybe someone should have started a team "owned" by the forum, and you need majority apporval vefore being able to do anything.
