which D should I start? Pit's D vs Cincy or Seattle's D vs NYG....both of my D's are playing home....I'm leaning towards Pitt but that's just because I feel like they create more turn over opportunities....here's the D scoring system in my league....0-10pts allowed = 10 fantasy pts., 11-20=8 fantasy pts., 21-30 = 5 fantasy pts. and +30 = 0 fantasy pts.; 2pts for each sack, and turn over of any sort and 6pts for special team/DEF score.
Been contemplating this decision for a couple of days now.

I'd start the bye vs Oakland. Should be good for 20-30.

get a hold of baltimores D however you can... or buffalo off the waiver wire
Stick with Pittsburgh. Both defenses are going against potentially explosive offenses. The Giants are hot right now, and Seattle is pretty mediocre. The Bengals, while still very potent, are a little shaken up right now and will likely surrender more "point" generating plays.
Either way, don't expect much in the "points allowed" column.

Seeing as how both D's have tough games, I'de still go with PIT's D just because they are coming off a MNF loss and playing at home. Teams that lose on MNF usually come back next Sunday and play really good.
