I updated my roster myself went to nfl.com and did it but i was bored as for downloading online the roster my homboy asked his friend to do it on his 360 and he was going to do it but he changed his mind so i think the rosters out thier but you have to find it sorry

You have to find a match against somebody online...they will make you download the latest rosters before you can even pick your team. You don't have to play against the person, just download and exit.
