A little help

How could I change my sig to stay at the correct dimensions but lower the file size to be correct? I don't exactly know how to do it. Can somebody help me out with this please?

1) You'd be better off putting this in the graphics forum.

2) If you have photoshop, you can use "Save for Web" and lower the file size there. If you don't have it, start a thread over in the Graphics forum asking someone over there to do it.
