i already finished the game on casual is hardcore and insane just harder or is it a different course?

I beat it on casual pretty quick too. Harcore is alot more fun imo, I just beat that the other day.

Multiplayer on live is alot of fun.

I played the co-op one with my son...we beat it (even though I suck...he did most of the work)...it gets old...it was very predictable...shooting down the helicopters twice...the bomb thing not working the first time...and like the other guy said...it's short...

...now the games not good for anything but online stuff...I don't think it was worth the 60 bucks...

It sounds like you're treating the game like it was a movie, as far as the story being predictable etc. I base my expectations more on the gameplay itself and the graphics, and looking at that, GoW is probably the best shooter out right now. I could'nt really care less about the story itself and all characters etc. To each their own.

The campaign is short, but playing it on insane or even hardcore is much more challenging.

I would give it a shot on live before you say it's a waste. I was'nt all that impressed with the campign itself either, then I started playing with people on live and it's pretty damn fun imo.

I never buy a game for the story.... a good story is nice, but it's not an end all, be all.

1) Gameplay... this trumps everything else, it could be the worst story ever, the worst graphics, but if it's fun, it's fun...

2) Great content, story etc... this is next in line, but miles below gameplay.

3) Good graphics are a perk and nothing else IMO...
