i just wanted to know before i buy it if it has the same game play as the 360 or does it have the game play like ps2. i mean when you want to play franchise mode on the ps2 you can look at the player of the week the probowl polls and the e-mail thing , set food prices and all of that. on the 360 you cant do any of that stuff, so my ?? to you is what is the ps3 madden like?

if you are still looking for an answer to this, PS3 franchise mode is very similar (if not identical to) X-box 360. There are no "general manager" type things to do (food prices, hiring coaches, etc), you don't have to scout guys for drafting (everyone's complete info is given), you can't do formation subs between games (you can only use the substitution packages in game).

All that being said, the gameplay itself is great.
