For what possible reason would the NFL wait that long for teams to know when they're picking? It would sort of hamstring the teams involved (and the teams drafting in the same area) to wait until late February to tell them when they're drafting.

They'll flip around the Superbowl, which is also the day when the draft order is finally set.

barring any dramatic change... which the Combine and Pro Days CAN do... look for this

I don't see much in regards of trading in top 6 or 7 Picks this year... Because the Cream of this year's crop exists almost entirely in that range...

Teams will have to sacrifice ALOT.. too much for their tasting... they'll just settle for the runner ups
