I thought the demo sucked. The game was kind of dull to me, it seemed like just another sandbox game but you could jump and climb building on.

That's just my opinion though. A demo is always worth checking out if it's free.

I thought from the demo, it's kind of like a mix of XIII and GTA(from the cops perspective).

I started the download, played a game of NCAA Football, and at the end it was 85%. I'm not familiar with RR light, but I have Cox's basic high speed.

it's at 7% right now, and it's been downloading a little over 5 mins, so it is about 1% per min for me... also, I didnt know u cna play while something is downloading, whenever I am downloading something and go to play a game, it says dl stopped.... it did that for halo 2 on live, can u only do that with 360 games?
You can't download a file while playing a multiplayer match, you just can't.
You can play single player and the file will download.

Most people I know are only buying this game due to the fact that it's gonna include the Beta test for Halo 3.

I was pretty much sold on this game before the demo or the H3 beta announcement....Having co-op is a big selling point for me and overall I think it looks like it's gonna be a fun and interesting game.

You can't download a file while playing a multiplayer match, you just can't.
You can play single player and the file will download.

Actually it's just you can't play online multiplayer or co-op while you download. You can play local multiplayer all you want, and be connected to Live through a game, just not using that connection, even say just to spectate a match.

I think it's a damn good game from just the demo, the Co-op is fun as hell.!

wow, I haven’t downloaded it, nor do I intend to, but I love how polarizing it is. Half of the comments are "I don't like it", the other half "I like it, it's fun".

Well, the game was released yesterday, so i'm just wondering how many people bought it. I picked up my copy last night at Best Buy, and I'm pretty happy with the game.

It is definately a game where it pays to focus on leveling up before you get too involved, because the advanced powers help tremendously when you fight bosses. The bosses themselves are not that tough, but getting to them can pose a challenge. Also, I am looking forward to the Halo 3 beta, but that was not a deciding factor for me.

I'm having a BLAST with it... jumping building to building to get the Agility orbs is too fun. This game is seriously addicting... Crack...

I was wrong. I picked the game up and i LOVE it. Very addicting and fun to see your guy upgrade with the agility, power, etc. Playing coop is a blast too. Especially when your guy is pretty powerful and your buddy is new. You can throw cars at him and stuff. :anigrin:

Yep, I'm level 4 across the board, and I can't wait to play everyday after work. Definately worth picking up, there is a lot of content, even thought the actual "story" is pretty short.

Everyone who bought it just for the Halo 3 beta should be kicked in the teeth. Mostly because, from what I can tell, Crackdown is a good game. I've had the opportunity to play it briefly, even though I don't have a 360. Another reason is because Halo... sucks.

**** the halo beta. I wont play it. Then again, they are saying that the beta version with crackdown wont be playable until May. that will give me plenty of time to get my worth out of the game and then sell it to halo huggers for decent loot.

You can say that again. You still can't download the Beta, which i thought would be "on" the disc. Keeps saying check back later.

I would much rather have the Unreal Tournament 3 Beta. :(

Ok, i finally got this game, and since i have been virtually laid up until this wekend, i have been playing it. It's alot better than i thought it would be. I need some help getting certain achievements, like the car juggaling thing, and some co-op ones. Feel free to join in my game at any time. I'm almost maxed out on stats.

There is still one achievement that eludes me... driving high. Either i need someone to drive a ramp truck for me or someone needs to tell me somwhere i can get this at. I had a friend who was barreling at me full speed with the Rig while i was in the SUV, i would jump right at the perfect moment to get catapulted into the air, flying over buildings, but still havent gotten my achievement. I have found easy ways to get all the others, so i'm guessing theres a easy way to get this too?

Take your car up the elevator in Shai Gen and drive it off the roof.

New downloads are available, along with 350 more achievement points.

New cars, street races, agent abilities, among other things.

Soon to come new multiplayer modes, such as a game called rocket tag.
