Not good mojo for alex smith. Him and quez both won the madden bowl. Both wore 81. Both look unimpressive. Stay tuned.

Tampa is a great video game team, especially if you can play with Simms (and he isn't out hurt).
Mike Alstott is an abosulte beast in the game, the FB dive plays generally get between 3 and 7 yards a carry.
Doug Jolley is a very good pass catching TE with good enough speed to get open against most LB's. Smith is a great second option. The TE's allow for the offense to show balanced formations and both run and pass.
Galloway is nearly unstoppable in space. His speed is 98. And Clayton is basically the rookie year CLayton.
And Cadillac is very good.
The defense is awesome (especially if McFarland is still in the middle). The defense's only weakness is the speed of the secondary.

The only thing I hate about the Bucs is a lack of the shotgun formation. I know why it's not included, but I still don't like it.
And, I'm aware that you can use other playbooks, but I like the Bucs playbook.

Me too. To keep it as realistic as possible, I always use the default playbook. A shotgun four wide would be nice to replace any of the single back four wide formations.
Also, on defense, I wish they had one 4-6 set. It can be tough to stop the power running games using the 4 - 3.

I use the steelers playbook because they have the quick punt out of shotgun and lots of trick plays for when I get ahead and get bored.

because i use an offensive playbook with a shotgun...
and Buchanon has a 99 speed so kills on returns both punt and kickoff

Assuming they're using the default game rosters, Buchanon wouldn't be available to him.

Yeah...you're right. But I update my own rosters, and I adjusted for all this stuff. Last time I played with the Bucs, I started with Simms, who I edited down, got him hurt, then went to Grads, who I edited up, and got him hurt as well. Simms was back by the time Grads got hurt, but then Galloway got hurt, and Clayton sucks. The Alstott runs were working for a while, but I got behind so fast that they were pretty much worthless.
Maybe I should turn the injury setting down?
