With talks about Moss getting traded to Green Bay, I'm starting to get worried about us getting Calvin.

In the second/third round, the Raiders select the likes of Drew Stanton or Troy Smith, a second-tier QB.

I don't think this will happen, but I think it is a distinct possibility... A lot of things have to happen for us to get hosed. But I just have a bad feeling about us getting CJ.

I think that is fine, so then we will get Brady Quinn!! We can always pick up another receiver later or trade for 1 later but we must have a QB to throw to him.

Why be worried? If CJ isn't there when we pick, that is actually a good thing. There are positions that we need a LOT more than WR.

If CJ is there at #4, I have no problem with drafting him. But if he's not, great! That means an area of greater need can be addressed. (And no that doesn't mean Brady Quinn!!!!!)

Oakland might take Calvin Johnson even if they don't trade Moss by draft day.

Al Davis is the guy that drafted a kicker in the middle of the first round, so anything is possible if he really likes the guy.

Joe Thomas, Brady Quinn and Amobi Okoye are still great prospects that would all be worth our 4th overall pick in this year's draft. I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet on Calvin Johnson falling into our laps.

we are doomed as long as Gruden is our Head Coach

the only player I even have on my Round 1 board IS Calvin Johnson...

regardless... there are so many more things to WORRY about than what if we don't get a certain player....

it's far too early to even put that much care into the Draft yet... April 21... then come back and worry or be elated... or whatever

if Gruden and Allen want CJ... they have more than enough firepower to make it happen.. PERIOD

I havent stated my preference but Okoye would be perfect but CJ is not bad either.....I just dont want a QB.....But its not up to me ...

I am aware that we have many more needs than soley a WR. It's just hard to escape from all the hype, and after a while it gets to you...

This is just an interesting scenario. I for one, above anything, want this team to win some games, and I think that means a play maker.

No... the only thing that will bring me to tears is another reach like last years pick. I like Davin now, but we could have had Marcus McNeil or Winston Justice.
