Hopefully EA saw that our O-Line had a lot to do with his stats. Caddy, as a player, is an 88 or so. I feel they got that right.

agreed, both of these ratings are a bit too high.

but madden ratings overall do seem to be getting much more inflated over the years. i remember when stars in their primes were rated in the low 90's. now it seems like 15 guys at each position are in the 90's.

the other ratings seem reasonable ... maybe galloway could have been a tick higher.

People are jumping on his bandwagon a little too much. In the sporting news season preview magazine, they already have him listed as an elite wide reciever. He definitely does have the potential to be that good though.

I would think 87 is about right for him. What does that put him at -- about the 15th or 20th best WR?

I would like to see the rest of his individual ratings (96 seems too high on catching).

You guys also need to remember that the ratings are assigned based on how games mechanics have changed from year to year. Tiburon is adding a lot of gameplay features this year (like the weapons features) that have an impact on how overall ratings of players are taken into consideration.

Ratings aren't always assigned based on how well a person performed each year. If they were, the backups would never have above a 70 rating, and Jerry Porter's rating after last year's 1 catch season would be around 72.

I'm saying I like Ronde's rating and people are saying he should only be 91 or whatever. I'm saying it's not all his fault.

Oh...it is true that it isnt all his fault, but he has done nothing to warrant a 95 overall
