I really don't like those b-ball games on 360. They feel so unnatural. That's my opinion, though....

they still havent fixed the rebounding and defense system. they totally re-did the graphics, but still the same ol flawed system

I don't think I've ever really found an NBA game that was totally realistic yet. I've bought a few and liked them, but it's kind of dissappointing considering how realistic some of the NFL and MLB games are.
