I have 2 RB slots, 2 WR slots, and a RB/WR slot.
I have:
Adrian Peterson vs PHI
Brian Westbrook at MIN
Joseph Addai at CAR
Brandon Jacobs vs MIA
I feel like Peterson is a must start, and Addai is another start. Westbrook is a better RB, but Jacobs has a great matchup against that weak Miami defense. I'm already starting Eli Manning too.
And at WR I have:
Reggie Wayne at CAR
Roy Williams at CHI
Santonio Holmes at CIN
Jericho Cotchery vs BUF
Wayne seems like another must start. And again Williams is the better WR, Holmes with the better matchup.
So, which people should I start?

That's tough, but I think I'd go with Peterson, Westbrook, Jacobs, Wayne, and Holmes. Holmes against Cincy's defense is a GREAT matchup.
Plus I think any success Detroit has against Chicago's defense will be on the ground or to the check-down receivers

I ended up starting Addai, Jacobs, and Peterson. I should've started Westbrook, but starting Jacobs over him turned out to be ok. I also started Holmes over Williams, which made a difference of 1 point.
