Which RB should I start?

I'm starting to have some problems picking two RB's to start. At the start of the season I didn't because I had only three and one was injured (Cadillac). But now I have three healthy backs and one RB combo that's injured. So which 2 RB's should I start?

Marshawn Lynch vs. CIN, LenDale White vs. CAR, Ryan Grant (GB) vs. KC or Rudi Johnson/Kenny Watson vs. BUF

I'd say Lynch for sure and maybe White?
