Start 'em or Sit 'em

Need y'all's help with two players on my team........do I start them, or cave in and sit them down and use the back-up??

1: Joey Harrington (*who I've been told isn't starting*)v. Bucs defense
or
David Garrard (*who might still be injured*) v. SD's defense


2: Marshawn Lynch (*might be injured*) v. NE's defense
or
Warrick Dunn v. Bucs defense

There are no serviceable RB's on the FA list.
