Medium. Jerseys are always cut big.

Thanks, I thought that, but some sellers say buy the size below your normal size...shirts are a lot of money to pay out for to get the wrong size and the availability to be able to try them on in the UK is ****!

If it is a true authentic go a size smaller than you normally would because they are indeed authentic and are cut to have pads under them,...
If it is a replica then get your regular size.
You'll know if it's a real jersey or not,... because a true authentic is $285.00!
I'm 6 feet tall, 200lbs. Atheltic/Muscular and I got a size 50/Large true authentic, and it's way too big. Unfortunately I didn't read the little Tip they had at the bottom of the sizing chart.

Here's their sizing chart from nflshop.com
Football Jersey Sizing Chart
Use these charts to help determine which jersey size will best fit you.
Men's Sizes Jersey Size: M..L---XL--2XL--3XL..4XL...5XL
Authentic Jersey Size: 48 ..50..52...54......56.....58.......60
Tip: Authentic jerseys are like game-worn jerseys in that they compensate for shoulder pad room which makes measurements larger than standard apparel sizes.

Thanks for the advice. I cant afford to have an authentic shirt shipped over from the US as the customs charge will be almost the same as the shirt cost. I'm planning on catching a game next season so i'll wait until then to get an authentic shirt in either M or L. Cheers!!!

I'd go with my normal t-shirt size, maybe even a size bigger, if I was ordering something that I couldn't try on & would be a pain (or not possible) to return. My reason:
*If you buy it your size (or 1 up), and it fits, great. If it's a little big, you can still wear it - it will just be a little baggy.
*If you buy it a size smaller, and it is indeed a size smaller, you're pretty much screwed because you won't be able to wear it.
I can't stand shirts that are too tight, so I'm no doubt influenced by that.

Good advice also. I do hate tight fitting t-shirts. In the UK every XL t-shirt seems to be modelled on a heroin addict's body, just so people can show off their 'gym work'!!! I hate tight fitting shirts. Baggy rules and you've got a good point!!! Plus you can wear them over a t-shirt or hoodie.
