Round 1-
Mario Manningham WR-Michigan-I hated this pick last week. But after watching Manningham play, I believe it was the Ohio State homerism kicking in. He is faster than I thought and could really take over as our #2 next season.
Round 2-
Gosder Cherilus T-Boston College-Would be our Future Left Tackle and comes from a college that puts out great NFL lineman. Love this pick and I think with Clady, Baker, Long and Otah being in this class that Cherilus will be the odd man out.
Onto Day 2 (I am not sure what picks we have in Day 2, due to all the trades we have had)
Round 3-
Dre Moore DT-Maryland. Haye has played decent. But UT is the most important posistion on our Dline and he hasnt lived up to the pass rushing part. Moore is both big and quick for his size. Let Coyer work his magic and we may have a major steal on our hand.
Round 4-Dominique Cromartie CB-Tennessee St
Cromartie would be my by far favorite pick, Morris could tool this guy into being the heir to Ronde Barber. Cromartie is also an explosive kick returner. This class is stacked with CBs, Cromartie will slip through the cracks.
Round 6-Josh Johnson QB-San Diego
Not sure if Johnson last this long, but if he does there is not doubt we will pick him. Johnson is the perfect West Coast QB. He needs to bulk up, but has everything you ask for in a Rookie QB.

im interested to see manninghams combine results, but right now im not too high on him, desean jackson or james hardy would be a safer pick here
if we do draft a LT, i think it will be baker or clady
i dont know dre moore, but jovan haye will continue to develop the longer he plays in the system, he is only 25, so we dont need a new starter, just another piece in the rotation, if anything
hopefully we come away with a better CB then rodgers-cromartie, i would prefer mike jenkins or antoine cason, unless we can sign a good free agent
we wont be looking for a QB that late in the draft since we drafted bruce gradkowski in round 6 of 2006, if we cant get one of the first rounders, we will have to wait till next year when garcia is gone

That logic is flawed. Just because we selected that position in other drafts doesnt mean we wont again.

I think you're being somewhat optimistic having some of those players available where you have them. Also, I have to say that I like Cherilus a LOT better on the right side than I do the left.

theres no way we will get him then since we have trueblood @ RT, im not sure which eligible tackles play left side, but i would prefer clady or baker

I think Mario is a reach, but I wouldn't be too upset with the pick. I've been a fan of the kid for a while.
Cherilus is a RT, like True. We've got exactly that already, maybe better. Pass.
Moore should go earlier.
I wouldn't be unhappy with the Rodgers-Cromartie pick, I just would have hoped we addressed CB earlier.
We've got enough project QBs who aren't the go-to guy for the future, why grab another? Plus, Johnson should be gone by then.
