Who would you take at #1?

Who goes number one on your boards? I think I feel like I'd still take LT at number 1.

I think you still have to take LT but every year I get that "oh this is his down year" but it's never his down year so meh.

I would say Brian Westbrook, but there are always injury concerns with him. He's never played in all 16 games in his six-year career, and LaDainian has missed one game in a possible 112 games in his career.


I would go with Tomlinson for consistency, but if some chose Westbrook it would be a good choice as well.

If I get the number one pick I think i'm going to try and trade down though to get a later round pick.

In most leagues, I'd think about either LT or AP, with LT probably ending up being the pick. In PPR leagues (but only there), I'd also consider Westbrook.

But I hope not to get the #1 pick in any of my leagues, my first pick usually falls in the middle/late first round and so far, it paid off.

Ok so I did my first FF draft for this year yesterday. And guess what...I got the #1 pick. It's a 12 team, PPR league, and I went with LT. Needless to say, the rest of my team doesn't look much awe-inspiring. Not really bad but far from great.
Hope I never get the first pick again...
