So I just got a Wii, and it says I can play these games on the Wii. Does anybody know exactly how this works? I bought the controllers that supposedly work for the older games, but I search for these older games on the Wii, and they don't exist? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure you have to buy them using the Shop Channel.

Yeah... you have to have your Wii connected to the internet. Then you can use Wii points to download the games to your console. You can by Wii points cards at stores or online. It's a pretty minimal charge for the older games.

I am pretty sure you can play Gamecube games on the wii and the Gamecube controllers will also work with the wii.

I am not sure as I have no gamecube gear to try it out with. . .

There is a major lack of N64 games on the virtual console
