Garrard versus the terrible pass defense of the Rams at home.

Hasselbeck versus the terrible pass defense of the Cardinals at home.

I love Garrard's matchup, but Hasselbeck is the superior quarterback. I'm leaning towards Hasselbeck, if only because I started Garrard last week instead of Matt and it was a 30 point difference that cost me the game.

I have a similar problem between Hasselbeck and Carson Palmer playing Houston's "less than stellar" pass defense....

I do think Hasselbeck will be better than Garrard though....

I'd start Hasselback, actually I am starting Hasselback.

Not only is Hasselbeck the better QB, but his matchup is better. The Cardinals pass defense is ranked dead last in the NFL. The Cardinals also have a lower ranked total defense than the Rams. The Seahawks also have a weak running game so they'll be forced to throw the ball more. Finally, the Rams offense is so bad that they won't be in the game and the Jaguars will likely just run the ball all day. The Cardinals on the other hand can keep up with the Seahawks, forcing a more aggressive offense with plenty of passing. I say Hasselbeck for sure.

Here's my issue - Seattle's O-Line is beaten up. Really, beaten down. Like, 3rd and 4th stringers starting. I'm worried about Hasselbeck getting knocked out or not getting any time.

I'd go Hasselbeck myself. Once Jax gets the lead, its going to be all MJD.
