& yes Customer Service is a vital part to a businesses success,As the Buccaneers are a Business,I really would give them a A+ because i think they really care about their Fans!

Customer Service is an oxymoron. ;)

My faith will be restored when they start putting team pictures in with the season tickets again like they used to.:cool:
