This is my first year in FF, so maybe this is normal and I just don't know it, but I think my team has bipolar disorder. Here is how my season has gone...

Week 1: L 42-90
Week 2: W 108-50
Week 3: L 33-65
Week 4: W 99-74
Weeks 5-8: a 2-2 record with more moderate scores
Week 9: L 49-74
Week 10: L 41-82
Week 11: W 116-42

I've scored all of 3 points more than my opponents total over the entire season and yet the average margin in my games has been 33. 9 of 11 games have been decided by at least 25 points.

Is this normal or do I need to take my team to a psychiatrist? :confused:

It can happen Lynchpin. Even with the best FF ever you can lose, because of "any given Sunday".

In 1 league I only lost 1 game and that was the one where Mason and Garcia had GREAT games. Even with my great team (Aaron Brooks, Holmes, Taylor, Holt, Owens, Freddie Jones, Elam and Bucs D) you can lose.

But I see what you mean, it can be very frustrating losing to a team with a 2-7 record while your team is 7-2. But that's what makes FF a lot of fun, everybody can beat everybody.

Do you have a lot of Buc players on your team... ? lol The way your season has gone.. it kind of models the Bucs.. not to mention the 4-6 record.. :P

One of my teams has the same problem. The biggest gap was a few weeks ago. I won 155-77 the next week lost 11-92. You read that right. I went from 155 one week to 11 points the next.
