Okay I play with the Bucs obviously. After my first season of playing I win the Superbowl which is the franchise goal. I get an e-mail saying "Lets make this long-term" and the e-mail contains of this stuff about the ownership being happy and that they want to extend my contract as coach.

How do I accept the contract extension? I can't figure it out....

After the 4 years of being coach I am fired because I don't accept the contract extension and I can't win the damn Superbowl every year. I have no idea what to do about it.

Someone please help.

the contract extension isn't really an extension. It just means that you will not loose that year. You start out with 3 years on the contract, then after the first year it falls to two. If you acheive management's goals you don't loose a year on your contract, you remain with 2 years you initially had.

this is ESPN's first year with the game, they still have some bugs that need to be worked out. (Create a playbooks is lame! )
