Fantasy Draft for Madden

When you guys do fantasy drafts in madden franchise mode, what is your game plan. I always draft a stellar defense, b/c its hard to imagine the Bucs(team i use), to not have a good one.

My offense is average, i draft a good RB, and my offense is like 55% run.

i draft mainly defense, after i get the defense i want then i turn my attention to the best left offensive players, mainly b/c in madden it's easier to win with a good d and bad o then vice versa, i dont run as much though, i throw it like 65% of the time.

well i simulate the games. So i have a great defense, and like a franchise RB to run 55% of the time. My Qb is usually A.J. Feeley, since i can get him late, and all he has to do is hand the ball off.

q. carter isnt that bad in that game either. but i usually start c.simms, in 2 years he's a top qb in the league.

I usually try to draft a good LB first (Lewis, Arrington, Brooks etc.), then I go for an RB, usually Portis or Alexander, then after those 2 rounds I just draft depending on my strategy. I do running plays most of the time

i do all the workouts and i draft the fastest qb and i pick up a wide out and an rb. i always go with offense first...

I ALWAYS try to draft Vick first. If not him then some other scramble QB.

RB (can wait cause there are still good backs left by this time)

FS (safties don't normally go fast)

WR
RT (Centers are the last O-linemen to go)
DT
OLB

C
and from here I just take what is best

I did one last night, pure boredom

I started with QB and got Tom Brady
Then RB and got Deuce McAllister
Then WR and got Peerless Price
Then FS and got Dawkins
Then SS and got Milloy
Then CB and got B.Kelly
Then TE and Got Gonzalez

Then I just went back and forth from defense to offense.

Team was rated 89 overall and were hella fun to play with.
