Anyone had success with the preparation before each game? I've tried various workouts, film room ideas, and it seems each week, the player loses a few points. I'd like to find a way to use it. Maybe a link to some "hints" or something. ;)

I have had varied results. I was able to make all but my O-Line better but i maxed out on hours throughout the week. I recommend lots of workouts and positioning skills. Also do rehab if you have injured players it helps.

YOu have to set it up one unit at a time a week. Experiment!

For any interested, I found this "cheat". It's not a cheat, but a fool proof (so far) way of having your team all go up 1or 2. A couple may stay the same. I might play around, and work a few guys a little more, like SS, but it's been right on every time.

I just stick to the team drills and send some positions(MLB, QB, HB, DE) on those position drills and my guys never seem to go down.

Thanks. I fixed the link. Just follow the link, then click on weekly prep.

It's a good system, and can be tweaked. But like I said, it consistently gets +2 or 3 for WR and Oline, +1 for most others, and NO one loses a point, save a 3rd stringer here or there.
