If Chris Brown is available (RB for the Titans) take him and drop C-Mart. Drop Plummer and get Carson Palmer if he's available.

Looks good overall, imo. THe great thing is that you're stacked at RB. I can see where seminolefan is coming from with his Chris Brown call, but I'd let the pre-season play out a little bit before pulling the trigger on anything right now. For all you know, TJ may end up crapping his pants and playing behind A-Train (not saying it's likely), and you'd be better off dropping him.
That said, you're weak at WR and TE. With the new rules for WR this year, there's a better chance that WR's are going to score big points this year and you may want to try to upgrade. Any chance of getting Andre Johnson from Hou? You should let us know who the available top WR's & TE's are as well as if there are any teams that are light at RB but loaded at WR that may want to deal with you.
Overall, nice team, imo, particularly if Brooks has even a half-way decent level of consistency this year.

I think the A Train is out for a bit of the season early so I'd honestly say TJ will be the man in Chicago. It's sort of a toss up between C Mart and Garner. If Pennington stays healthy I'd take C Mart over Garner and keep and eye on Chris Brown. I think Garner will do well, but he'd be a #3 back in my opinion. Look at your byes before you make any moves though.
