i dont know, maybe you have to modify the playbook they have on there and load it up onto the franchise. but, is it really that important? i do just fine without the shotgun.

You can use any playbook you like. Just because you are the Bucs doesn't mean you have to use Grudend playbook. Just try a few till you find one with most of the formations and plays you want. My Son always uses Martz's playbook nomatter what team he plays and I always use Chuckies nomatter what team I play.

You can do it, but I think you'll probably have to remove a formation (and all it's plays) in order to do it. It'd be nice if you could just...audible to shotgun, but unfortunately that's not possible.
What I would do, is either use another playbook, or create your own.
Create a playbook, then choose all the formations/plays from the Tampa playbook. Then, if you have to (haven't checked yet) remove one of the formations (I honestly NEVER use goalline) and add a shotgun formation.
For instance...why have 5WR, but not be in shotgun? Same with 4WR +1TE. If you want to keep those formations, but have them in shotgun, just edit the formation, moving the QB back. Then all the plays will be the same, but the QB will be in shotgun.

You can edit the playbook and pull a formation from another book. You can also switch playbooks when you are at the controler screen right before the games starts.
