FF RB help

On my team I am trying to figure out who to start at my 3rd running back position for week 13.

The 2 who I am definitely going to start are:
Curtis Martin
Duece McAllister

The 3rd RB spot in question is between:
Kevin Jones (RB Detroit) vs Arizona
Derrick Blaylock (RB Kansas City) vs Oakland
BJ Sams (RB/KR/PR Baltimore) *KR/PR yards do count in this league for as much as rushing yards vs Bengals Special Teams
Josh Scobey (RB Arizona) * Emmit and Hambrick are both out this week so he will be receiving most of the carries. vs Detroit

I also have a question at TE

Randy McMichael or Marcus Pollard

Blaylock until Holmes comes back. If he doesn't go on IR sometime soon? With that O-line anybody can rush for over 100 yards and get a touchdown anytime when it is within 10 yards of the goal-line. ::insert your favorite person who can't even move but could gain yards line here:: If holmes comes back then go with Kevin Jones. Either that or pick up that Nick Goings guy right now and start him when holmes is back.

McMichael is the number one or two target in Miami. Perhaps behind Chambers if that. Pollard has to split catches with Harrison, Stokley, Wayne, Clark, and James. I like my chances with McMichael. Pollard can maybe give you that home run every 3 or 4 games but McMichael should always get you points.

Thank you for your input on my dilema, but I just had a hunch on Jones for this week. Paid off for me but i would've been mad if blaylock had a good game. Jones had 198 though so i'm glad I chose him, thank you for all your imput. :D
