Associated Press reports former Tennessee OT Michael Munoz, son of NFL Hall of Fame OL Anthony Munoz, said he has decided to quit football after not being selected in the 2005 NFL Draft.

The Bucs seem very satisfied with their picks since they havent signed any Undrafted FAs ... I thought they would definitely target a kicker

WDFN Sports Radio 1130 AM in Detroit reports the Arizona Cardinals have signed undrafted rookie free agent S Ernest Shazor (Michigan) to a two-year deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.

... The bucs should taken a shot at this guy ... The Cardinals are gonna have one nast LB crew next year ... Dansby .. Blackstock .. Shazor .. Ruff .. Probably forgetting someone

I havent read anything about the Guy getting picked by anyone ... He is probably just viewed as a Safety in our scheme ... ANd we seem to have sured up the Depth at that Position ... Donte Nicholson Could be a starter by next year !

I dunno. Our scheme has been known to make slower corners look good.

I'd really like to know why Munoz did it. Was it because he felt dissed by not being drafted? Or was it because he realized there were better things to do with his life, ie Major Applewhite. I don't think "quit" is a fair term.
