What team should i be? i wanna be a team that needs a little work to get to the a good team.

Ummmm... Tampa Bay... Duh!

Just spend some time in the begining trading off some of the guys who kill the cap and aren't necessary. (Garner and/or Pittman, Mccardell, etc.) Get some decent, cheap, but most of all young players and some good draft picks for them.

You can do what AF87 suggested.... OR you couldstart a franchise with any team, simulate the 1st three or four seasons (doesn't really matter) and then switch teams to the team thats picking 1st in the draft, that way you'll be fixing the worst team in the league with a 1st round pick. I've done this multiple times and its fun!

Or you can just do fantasy mode and build your own squad from scratch.
