It will be pretty cool playing with a RB that has some solid speed. I usually trade for one, but that's not the case this year.

Carnell Williams HB 24# 92=SPEED 95=ACCELERATION

Yeah, but at the same time they have to have somewhere to go. What if they gave him a rating in the 90s and he had a slump this year (I'm knocking on wood right now), then next year they bring him back down to somewhere in the 80s. I think an 87 is pretty safe at this point. If he matches his performance this season, then he is in the 90s hands down the following Madden. God I love this game! :D

clayton as an 87 is correct. he had a good season, but he was no boldin, who is only 2 overall ratings higher. but, once again they shortchanged Vick with accuracy. his awareness should be low, which it is, but his accuracy is 80. that sounds decent, until you see what they gave other qbs.

It's actually a pretty 'slow' team when you look at it, only three players got rated in the 90s for speed, and only one in the higher 90s.

Clayton only 4 points better than Peerless Price

McFarland and Alstott rated too high. Steussie rated higher then Walker? Steussie should be rated lower then the waterboy.

They didn't short change Vick, he isn't accurate...
BUt on to more important things... anyone else notice the WR's - Brackins and Russell are on there but not Paris Warren???

Todd Steuisse an 82?! :rotf: Closer to 28...
other than that I like it. Clayton an 87, yeah that sounds good. I'll change it probably to 88 or something. Mike Alstott is still a 90. :grinyes:

I'm pretty ****ed off about a few things:
1)The Steussie rating.
2)The fact that they failed to raise Walker's rating after a year in which he showed improvment.
3)Could they possibly throw Cooper under the bus a little bit harder? 69 overall? That is no better than his rookie year.
4)Colmer is way too low.
5) Carnell's ability to break tackles is no only too low, which means they ignored the fact that it was him who got the goal line carries at Auburn, but it is in fact lower than Michael "trip over a blade of grass" Pittman's.
6) Jermaine Phillips' rating is too low.
However, I'm happy about a few things:
1)If you look at the ratings of Brackins, Nicholson, Russell,Cooper and Colmer although they are low overall, the only thing keeping them so low is awareness(experience), so they should go up quickly. Notice that the main difference in between Colmer and Steussie is awareness
2)They finally noticed Anthony Davis and gave him a respectable rating.
3)Buenning's 90 run blocking rating.
4) Carnell's 83 overall rating.

Stueesie is in the 80's while walker is a 65? What were they thinking? Walker replaced stuessie last year and he actually had a decent year and his rating drops by 20 points from last year. I really hope some of these are not the final ratings.

Ronde Barber SPEED- 88
Brian Kelly SPEED - 90
I always thought Ronde was faster.....
Nope, he is faster. Barber's more of a slower corner (compared to kelly) that is ridiculous in pass rush and run coverage. Even some NFL analysts think Kelly is a superior corner to Barber, it's just that Ronde is more of a household name. To me it doesn't matter, if they're both good, it makes the team good. On another note, anyone notice Dwight Smith's rating? 90. He gets the respect he deserves, although i wish he woulda been on the bucs ratings rather than the aints :( .

Seems like for me that cadillac has great overall, he is a rookie, and a score on 83 in overall is pretty good for an rookie on madden. I can`t wait to madden comes out in september.. To run with the williams:)

So much frustration goes through me when i see this dang things. Again for the 3rd year in a row Will Heller wont be on the team. He made it is rookie year as an undrafted free agent. Then he made it in his second year and still he isn't put on the team. This frustrates me a lot!!

The IMP rating stands for the importance of the player to his team (I think). So they don't show this unless you're in franchise mode.
