(v) You hereby agree that you will not use this BB to post any links, content or other material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise a violation of any applicable local, State or Federal law. Additionally, You agree not to post or link any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. You further agree to refrain from posting or linking topics or subject matter that may include, any chain letters, contests, cash awards, gambling, employment ads or opportunities, pyramid schemes, or solicitations for anything whatsoever, other than topic related Buccaneer merchandise or tickets in the apporpriate BB forums.

(vi) We reserve the right to reveal your identity, contact information, and IP related information, as well as any other information we have collected about you, in the event we are asked to do so by any applicable Court of jurisdiction, Law Enforcement agency, or any legal representative or entity in relation to any complaint or legal action arising from any message, link or posting made by you or made under your account member name.
