Jeff Christy
Just talked to a friend of mine, he told me that Jeff Christy is now the coach of his high school varsity team. Just wanted to let you guys know how he is doing..
It's somewhere in Tuson Arizona.. School is called Foothill or something.

That's cool. Christy was a very valuable center in three seasons for us.



EDIT: He played from 2000-2002.

My friend also mentioned why he was released..

He said it was because he wasn't explosive enough coming off the line.. They said he slowed down a bit.

So now he is always on them about being explosive or something like that.. :[

I'm jealous, I want to see the Super Bowl ring. :[

He also was in a contract dispute with the team in the 2003 off-season, that's why he was released. They were discussing him re-structuring his contract before 2002, but that never went through.

EDIT: He played from 2000-2002.
He was the starting center on our Super Bowl winning team. Then retired.

He didn't come here until after multiple pro bowl seasons in Minnesota with R. McDaniel.

It was a contract issue...

so he decided to retire..
He was one of our all time best centers in my opinion

I think that may be Catalina Foothills. That's pretty cool though! Thanks for the info.
