"desktop" Request, come in.

I was wondering if anybody knows how to make a desktop i seen an old thread where a person made one with a Cheerleader, and bucs emblem with there logo, and at the bottom it had all the teams they played like this, here look at this pic. but only thing is i need the 2006 schedule and maybe a new cheerleader, any help would be GREATLY appreciated.[IMG][/IMG]


Edit. Can't see it very well, but at the bottom it has all the teams logos on our schedule from 05..Id like an up to date one if any body is kind enough to do this for me, thanks!
