I wonder how things like the fact that OSU has no outside linebackers that can tackle coupled with the fact that Florida has insane speed to take advantage of the outside get lost in the shuffle. That's just one of many things that OSU apologists just refuse to look at when looking at this game.

Will make it more sweet when UF hits the Buckeyes like a mack truck.

I have no problem with that as long as Gator fans can accept the same.

Of course.

What bothers me is the people that aren't Michigan fans, I have the feeling they just aren't Gator Fans.

Oh yeah? Well praytell why does OSU swap out Freeman for Terry on obvious running downs? Can't be because he's bad in run support?

because freeman is still young and will sometimes run himself out of run plays, but is tremendous in pass coverage

freeman can stop the run though if need be

but some aging and experience and he'll be a top LB in the country, it seems all tressel recruited LBs turn out that way

I'm happy for Freeman, but unfortunately for him this game is being played in a week, not in the nebulous future. Right now OSU's OLB are pretty bad at getting off blocks and making a tackle on a run to the outside.

Ya gotta cut these Buckeyes some slack. They barely eeked out a win against the only top 10 defense they faced all year.....which is the definition of a powerhouse.

Let's not leave out OSU's starting safety jamario o'neal, though. Coming in after their starting safety gets injured for the rest of the season he's going to have a pretty huge target on his back next monday as well.

He won't be able to rely solely on his altheticism like he's used to when he's facing Percy Harvin, Bubba Caldwell, and Dallas Baker. He will be out of position more than once, I promise you that.

is harvin even going to be in the game, last time i checked, he was put in his place against FSU

and don't worry, with the OSU front four's skill, the DBs will do what they've done all year, ball-hawk

and let mr. tebow come through the middle, he hasn't been introduced yet to a real linebacker and laurinatis wants to meet him

You aren't making fun of an injury that could have been life threatening, are you? Because other than that unfortunate episode I can't recall Mr. Harvin being put in any sort of place he didn't want to be put.

not making fun of the injury, just mentioning it because you said he'd be in the game

I recall him having about 80 yards rushing that game on less than 5 carries - unless I'm mistaken?
