I disagree.

Q: No Payton and what do you have?
A: The Bears.

I think it is good to have GREAT defense but you better have something on the other side of the ball if you want to win it all.

Ravens is the closest I have ever seen and they weren't that bad offensively.

I think a great D and a good offense takes you to the big game. Best example Bucs 99.

You must mean Walter Payton,he won the Bowl in 85 with a great D! Peyton followed his D to the trophy this year.

Right.

I am not a good Indy fan. Sorry. Good point though, how far would the Bears have gotten without Walter Payton and their defense?

The Bears Offense made the Colts Defense (which is decent) look like a great defense. So technically, defense won this game. The Colts D really only gave up 10 points, that will win ya some games.

The Bear's D didn't do too horrible either considering they only gave up 22 points to that Colts offense.

Your statement is convoluted and full of contradicting conclusions, but I get the idea of what you mean to say, I think.

I thought the weather was great. I would have loved to see it really come down Miami style.

It needed cleaning up which would have happened 20 minutes ago if my so-called High-Speed Internet wasn't going along at 1/10 th of dialup speed.
