Thumbs down At least they are trying...ok?

Im not sure whats wrong with you guys. I hear some peeps saying that Simms just isnt the answer anymore. Or are DTs arent that great. Or are WRs are a joke. Blah blah blah blah. Here is the thing sports fans. They are at least trying to be good. Yes you guys are right.

Most of these players on our team arent NFL caliber ok. So what? At least they are trying to be and trying is better than nothing. We have some peeps on our team who probably arent trying. I would rather have someone try to be good and fail than not try at all. That's all im saying.

Also you guys keep forgetting that this team is rebuilding. They are still young and still learning and for some players it can take anywhere from 2-3 or even 5 years to handle the speed of the NFL.

All Im saying is cut these kids some slack ok? They are trying to be good and trying to be winners. Thanks you.

These guys are pros. Try? Are you kidding me. Pay me $100,000 a year and I'd get out there and try. BTW, most don't criticize the players, it's mostly the coaching. This team has talent, until our coaching staff figures out what do to with it, you'll still be crying about trying. Trying, that has to be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

Most arent NFL caliber? Then what the hell are doing in the NFL to begin with? Who put them on the team?

All players make much more than $100,000. much more.
I love how it is always the coaching with this team,
especially if it is something negative.

Thanks for pointing that out to me genius. I would go out and try for much less than they make. Anybody can try, these pros are paid a hell of a lot of money to produce, not "try". We know this team has talent, but in your eyes your hero can do no wrong.

We have so much talent on this team, but still can't produce. How else can you explain that? It's poor coaching, plain and simple. You'd rather blame it on poor execution, sorry that goes back to coaching. How many more high first round draft picks do you need before you realize we are just being out coached?

As I was once told.
Trying is like lying.
Its so lame to here that term try, tried, trying. Anyone can try.
In pro football its called being cut.

Are you kidding me?! That is just plain ridiculous. Then how did they get where they are?
"less than 5 percent go on to become college athletes..." "...fewer than 3 percent of college athletes turn pro..."
http://http://www.edpartnerships.org...s/Athlete.html
So we have part of those 3% of the elite that get the opportunity to play at this level. Most of our players are VERY good. We pay professionals to scout these players and then how many more staff in the Bucs organization decide on all of our players. Coaching is what gets the results.

But your argument, complete with not knowing the difference between "are" and "our", is that we shouldn't expect to win or even hold our own because the Buccaneers, collectively, is not an NFL-caliber team.

That's entirely insulting and completely ridiculous.

This sounds like something a mother would say to her child when they do horrible in a game. "It doesn't matter if you win or lose, as long as you try hard and do your best!"

So? So what? What's wrong with that. Do you rememeber at the end of the 04 season when our Bucs were so demoralized that they weren't even trying anymore. It was horrible! They were like zombies out there.
