Pictures in topics

Hi i need help.

I love comenting on the buccaneers board, i spend most my time in the team disscussions area. I am constantley seeing pictures in replys and all i can do is when i go to post a reply or new topic is insert text but no picture.

Could someone please tell me how i can stick a picture into my reply?
