Thumbs up Sleeper Picks

Who do you believe to be your sleeper picks, or steals from your fantasy leagues?

Talking to a lot of friends, I have found everyone thinks they were able to get a really great sleeper pick, or they picked up a great steal in the later rounds. I picked up Dallas Clark, (TE 1st Round Pick, 24th overall 2003, Colts) with the last pick in the 10th round to back up Jerremy Stevens from Seahawks. He could have a pretty good year, since Payton seems to like him. (I’ve got my fingers crossed)

Clark's and excellent sleeper pick. Can't believe he's still available in a draft I'm doing right now. I'm in 15 leagues and have him in 12 of them (soon to be 13).

DeShaun Foster is a good one too. Right now he's the backup to Stephen Davis but if anything happens to Davis, Foster will step in and they won't miss a beat. He'll turn some heads.

The Bills defense is a real sleeper. People remember how bad they were last year and so they're under the radar. But they really improved themselves this off-season and will be a top 5 D. Especially now that they grabbed up Lawyer Milloy.

And an off the wall sleeper - Quincy Carter. The 'Boys will be much improved this year and now that Carter has been named the starter he's gonna bring it. Parcells will turn this guy into a good fantasy QB just like he's done at every place he's coached.

Vikings defense.
In one of my leagues, they only cost 19$ ( the bucs cost 55 )
so I picked them up as a backup d. They should be alot better this year. so if you have a cap league, they should do well

Yeah, you jumped out and grabbed them from me sooner than I thought anyone would catch them.

I did get them to back up Miami in my big $ league.

Derius Thompson from Miami, is my sleeper, Hasselback to an extent also. He put up more 300 yd games over the last half of the season than anyone else. Thompson really looked like Fiedler's go to guy in the preseason, especially the redzone.

Dallas Clark is still available as a pickup in my 10 team (16 players per team) league. I am hoping he has a quiet day so that I can get him next week.

I think Ashley Lelie is a sleeper.

id pick up boldin if hes still available .. jeff blake and him will hook up plenty of times this year .. before the season starts, blake said one of the WR will get a 100receptions but didnt say which one. after week 1, boldin already has 10 and im sure he'll have plenty more. hes a big target with size so pick him up before someone else does .. specially next week when they play the seahawks, should be another high scoring game =]

chad johnson will also have a solid season, continuing where he left off in the 2nd half of last year

jake delhomme could also be a good pickup for the bench

Thumbs up

Looks like a lot of great picks!!! I had also picked up Bledsoe at the end of the 6th which I thought was killer.

ekk: As soon as Bouldin had that breakout game, someone in my league picked him up quick!!! I was going to do the same thing, oh well.

I got Vick in the 13th round. That was interesting. No big loss of roster space.

The Bus

Bettis will be heard from before the season is over. Lil' Amos is not all that durable. Jerome came into camp in great shape, and was kicked in the nuts. When he gets his shot...and he will...the Bus is going to run with a chip on his shoulder.
