Don't remember who it was by, but someone made a song called "Welcome to Tampa" right after the Super Bowl win. Done to the tune of "Welcome to Atlanta", of course. The Tampa version was much better, IMO.

I like that Alsott song. To the theme of All-Star by Smashmouth. "Hey now, we love Alstott, makes the defense afraid. Wake up, score a touchdown, take a shower, get laid." That song is a riot.

I would think Alstott has had many good days. I remember when he first signed with the Bucs I used to see him in Ybor sitting in the Daiquiri factory. Every hot girl in the place would flock all over the guy.

The chances of finding that song are slim and none. I have it though on mp3. Anyone who wants that mp3, send me an email to kingwilltim@yahoo.co.uk. It's 4.4 meg.

Bucs have played Crazy Train (ozzy), Come on Ride the Train (rap), Train Train (blackfoot) and Train kept a Rollin' (aerosmith) for Alstott during the games. Can anyone think of any others? I think there were more.

You can listen to and download a bunch of good buc songs here. I personally think "Welcome to Ray Jay" is the worst one on the site. But I guess that's personal taste.

Bucs songs

is there a new definition for pimp these days? Those girls all wanted Alstott. He wasn't sharing them with anyone and he definitely wasnt selling them or buying them. LOL. I always thought the word was 'stud', not 'pimp'.

What was the bad song from the early 80's (or maybe late 70's) about the Bucs that started something like "Hey hey Tampa Bay"

Its funny this thread was posted because I've been thinking of making a Bucs song lately. I've been working on producing electronic music for the last year and I thought it would be cool to make a breakbeat track with John Lynch where he says. "Lets get a little bounce goin". I'm thinking it should be a rough breakbeat track and I figured maybe I could get it out in the Tampa Bay area, since any Buc fan would recognize that and it would translate to the dancefloor well.

It would go like, before the change "Lets get a little bounce (change or new 4 measure bar) goin, goin, goin, goin, goin,....."

with the last word repeating and fading out. The effect is called a delay. Maybe I could find a few other usable quotes of his.
