On another play, however, QB Chris Simms beat the blitz well with a quick pass to WR Derek McCoy, who snatched the ball away from a defender who was right on his hip.

Sounds decent

WR Kevin Youngblood made a nice sliding catch of a low pass on a deep slant, but position coach Richard Mann wanted to see just a bit more on the play, telling Youngblood to hop up and try to get more yardage. Youngblood later made another nice catch, picking one of his shoelaces on a deep in.

This guy seems interesting. He has great size(Height: 6-5/Weight: 215) and apparently a good set of hands to go along with it. Seems like the competition for those 4th and 5th WR spots will be heated, although I still believe it will probably be Brackins and Shepherd. Don't mean to dog our 7th rounders, but there has to be something really good about Shepherd.
